Diana Ennis has over 30 years’ experience as a lawyer. Prior to becoming Executive General Manager – Resolution with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, Diana held various senior positions at one of AFCA’s predecessor schemes, the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
Before joining FOS, Diana worked as a private commercial litigation lawyer.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne. She was admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australia in 1984.
She has also completed a Graduate Certificate for Senior Managers at the Melbourne Business School and is a trained mediator.
