Antoinette is the Manager of Elder Abuse Reform at the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services. She has significant clinical leadership and management experience at major Victorian health services across family violence, disability, aged care and mental health. Antoinette has also worked at the Victorian Office of the Public Advocate as the Health Services Guardianship Liaison Officer and as a Community Guardian.
Antoinette is currently responsible for program design, implementation, management and policy advice related to preventing and responding to elder abuse as a form of family violence. Antoinette’s work includes the delivery of the 10 Victorian prevention networks and the integrated model of care for responding to suspected elder abuse (IMOC). IMOC is being trialled as part of the Victorian Government’s family violence reform agenda and is a response to the Victorian Royal Commission into Family Violence.
