Anthony has been involved in development work for more than 40 years. He taught community development at The University of Queensland for 25 years and is spending the last part of his career contributing actively in the field.
He worked for three years as Training and Education Coordinator for Oxfam Australia followed by international work for the Centre for Social Response which includes helping mining companies work more productively with many Indigenous and local communities with whom they interact.
Anthony joins us to help answer how we can activate our diverse grass roots communities to deal with the very real but shame-filled issue of elder abuse.
